Raja Gopalan is the Chief Financial Officer responsible for the overall Finance and Accounts function at Microland.
Raja has been with Microland since 2001 and has played a significant role in shaping Microland's growth trajectory.
Prior to joining Microland, Raja was Director of Finance for the Indian joint venture of a major global software company. He started his career with an Indian business conglomerate and played multiple roles in finance including areas of M&A, capital markets, compliances and driving synergies through internal consolidation of businesses.
Raja holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and is a certified Chartered Accountant. He is a member of various trade and finance-related forums.
Manoj is the Executive Vice President responsible for Global Sales, Solutions and Client Services at Microland. He is focused on growing existing customers, leading new customer acquisitions, expanding presence in the geographies and enabling Microland's strategic transformation as a leading IT Services Provider.
Manoj spent 23 years of his career in Wipro across multiple roles and in his last assignment with Wipro, Manoj was the Senior VP/CEO of Wipro's BPO business. He has deep global sales experience in IT services having directly managed and led sales teams in North America, Latin America, Africa, continental Europe and Asia Pacific across multiple roles. Through his various roles, he has developed a deep understanding of multiple industries, services, technologies and geographies.
Manoj has held a wide range of leadership positions in the IT Services industry. He has successfully built new business and transformed many existing businesses through market-leading growth in revenue and profitability. Manoj is passionate about customer success and has a track record for customer centricity, rigor in execution and passion for innovating through technology.
Manoj holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and a Bachelor's Degree Engineering in Electronics and Communication.

A serial entrepreneur, Pradeep founded and sold three technology companies, notable amongst them was Indya.com, which he sold to Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation; Planetasia.com, India’s first Internet Professional Services Company and Net Brahma Technologies.
Pradeep served as a Non-Executive Director on the board of UBM plc, one of the world's leading business-to-business events organizers listed on the London Stock Exchange for ten years between 2006 and 2016, and is on the Board of Telstra Telecommunications India. He is a member of the Provost's Council of Trinity College, Dublin, and serves as Chairman of the Governing Council of Srishti Institute of Art, Design & Technology, Bangalore. He is also former President of The Indus Entrepreneurs' (TiE), Bangalore Chapter and Founding Member of the Bangalore Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization.
Pradeep has numerous accolades to his name. Early in his career, he received the 'Young Business Achiever Award' from The Indian Express. He was also chosen by the World Economic Forum as a 'Global Leader for Tomorrow' and featured in Newsweek amongst the 'Stars of Asia' and in Business India amongst the 'Stars of India'.
He holds a postgraduate degree in Management and a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Ram Kumar is Chief People Officer at Microland and is responsible for leading the Human Resources function and partnering with the business leadership to build a future-ready organization that is versatile and adaptable, with a distinctive culture that drives business performance and productivity.
Ram Kumar comes with over 30 years of experience as a Human Resources practitioner, leading various organizations through expansions, transformations and playing an instrumental role in building a robust HR function. Prior to joining Microland, Ram Kumar worked with HSBC, where he spent 22 years in various roles, the last being Head of Human Resources for Global Service Centers based in Kuala Lumpur, responsible for supporting 43,000 employees across seven countries. Ram Kumar started his HR career with Unilever where he spent five years as Factory Personnel Manager, then worked with Citibank N A and ANZ Grindlays before joining HSBC.
Ram Kumar has a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Employee Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Economics.
Sharad is an IT industry veteran for over 33 years, and an authority in the IT Infrastructure services space.
Sharad has been with Microland, India’s largest pure play IT Infrastructure services company since its formative years and held several leadership roles in its growth and transformation, including that of COO, CFO, CEO-Global Tech Support and President-India & Middle East.
In his current role as Chief of Staff at Microland, Sharad provides oversight and guidance to strategic projects of high importance for the company and co-owns achieving the mid and long-term goals of the organization. In addition, he also holds CIO, Professional Services Business and Automation CoE responsibilities.
Prior to joining Microland, Sharad worked with Wipro for 9 years playing multiple roles in Sales and Marketing function.
A certified Six-Sigma Green Belt, Sharad is passionate about driving business excellence through quality initiatives. He has been an assessor for the prestigious CII “Excellence in Business Management” program that evaluates and selects the Best Managed Corporate entities of India.
Sharad is a member of NASSCOM’s IT services council and has been mentoring startups in their growth journey for last several years.
Sharad is a Gold Medalist in Electronics Engineering from NIT, Nagpur and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
Karthikeyan Krishnan is a Senior Vice President at Microland responsible for global solutioning and bid management for the company. He is also responsible for the company's business in the ANZ/ASEAN region.
Karthikeyan has been part of Microland since 2003 and has played many critical leadership roles in the US, UK, Australia and India. He has extensive experience in leading strategic, operational & functional pursuits in the IT outsourcing space across various industry verticals. Karthikeyan has led many transformative, global deals for Microland and acquired customers that are strategic accounts today.
Karthikeyan comes with more than 22 years of experience in technology consulting, training and operations. Prior to joining Microland, he founded and successfully exited two ventures in IT hardware sales & support and IT training.
As Senior Vice President, Manjanath is responsible for the overall business unit of Microland's strategic accounts encompassing global revenues, operations and client relations. He also leads Microland’s Global Industrial IoT business, a key focus of the company for the future.
Manjanath has been with Microland since 2002 and has been instrumental in catalyzing the company’s growth by delighting customers through a strong focus on delivering business value. At Microland, Manjanath has been at the helm of driving best in class sales and account management practices along with optimizing service delivery and quality. He has substantial experience in leading global teams to enable offshoring of enterprise IT services to India, Hungary, UK and China. Manjanath brings over 20 years of cross-functional leadership experience spanning strategy, technology innovation, service delivery and quality.
Manjanath joins an elite club of global professionals to clear the ITIL Expert and ITIL Service Manager exam. He is also a DMAIC Master Black Belt certified, Lean Six Sigma certified, Business Continuity Expert certified, ISO 27000, BS 15000, and ISO 14000 certified professional.
Manjanath is a business graduate from Georgia Institute of Technology and an engineer from Bangalore University.
Bobby is a Senior Vice President at Microland responsible for its India business and the Global Microsoft Partnership.
Bobby has been with Microland since 1997 and has been closely involved in Microland’s early successes in the IT services space.
Bobby is a part of Microsoft’s global technology councils and is a regular speaker at multiple business forums. He is also a part of the Bangalore Chapter of the British Business Group, a group aimed at fostering business ties with India and the United Kingdom. With 23 years of industry experience, Bobby has worked with a range of global and Indian multinationals helping them execute on their IT strategy and vision.
As Senior Vice President, Sivakumar is responsible for client relations, delivery and revenues from Strategic Accounts.
Sivakumar joined Microland in 1997 and has been a key architect in building deep relationships to drive business value and build high performance teams.
Prior to Microland, Sivakumar has been instrumental in building the Managed Services business for a major US-based Healthcare Revenue Cycle and Information Management company. He was also responsible for driving sales and marketing, delivery, business excellence, acquisitions, and alliances. For a leading Indian IT services major, Sivakumar held various operational and business development positions and was a key member in launching their global services business.
Sivakumar holds Bachelor degrees in Physics and Engineering.
Muktesh is a Senior Vice President at Microland responsible for its global delivery operations. He is instrumental in strengthening customer relationships through excellence in service delivery.
Muktesh has been a part of Microland since 1998 and is credited with setting up and managing mission critical IT services. Muktesh has also been at the forefront of establishing successful global delivery models for clients, driving service integration across heterogeneous technology landscapes and various transformative initiatives to enhance the culture of continuous improvement. In his earlier roles at Microland, he established and globalized Microland’s professional services and played a crucial role in the growth of its data center services.
Muktesh is a post-graduate in Management Studies and holds a graduate degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
As the Chief Marketing Officer, Purnima is responsible for all marketing initiatives including strategic marketing, analyst relations, sales enablement and corporate communications to drive demand and growth for Microland.
Purnima joins Microland with over 19 years of experience, providing marketing and strategic thought leadership to large organizations.
Prior to joining Microland, Purnima was the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of a global IT Services Company. Her earlier stints include Head of Marketing at Infosys BPO and Head of Marcom & PR at Avaya GlobalConnect. Purnima is the recipient of numerous recognitions, of which she won Gold for Online & Social Marketing, Awards for Excellence in Brand Management.
She also has been nominated as one of the 100 most talented Global Marketing Leaders.
Purnima is a graduate from Shriram College of Commerce and a post graduate from Delhi School of Economics.
Robert (Bob) Wysocki is the Chief Technology Officer at Microland. His core responsibilities include driving innovation, incubating emerging technologies, evangelizing and enabling Microland's strategic transformation as a leading IT Services Provider.
Bob is a seasoned IT evangelist with 30 years of industry experience, gained both at Fortune 20 as well as start-up organizations. During his 16 years at General Electric (GE), as an executive in Corporate Shared Services IT, he drove strong business results in numerous disciplines of procurement, product management, engineering, operations and financial management. Bob led the initial services definition of infrastructure for GE’s Predix Cloud platform and most recently played a key role in executing GE’s transformation of Edge Networking to enable their cloud-first strategy. Prior to GE, he also led technology and engineering leadership roles at Pilot Network Services and AT&T, architecting solutions with commercial value of $1Billion. A recognized industry leader, he most recently co-chaired the ONUG Hybrid Cloud Working Group for which he received an award at ONUG Fall 2017 for leading the engagement of Cloud Services and Container Orchestration Providers to embrace enterprise IT requirements of their services.
Bob graduated from Georgia Tech and holds a Masters in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
Arindam Sengupta is responsible for Microland’s business in the Middle East. He has over 20 years of experience across a spectrum of management and leadership roles in the IT Services and BPO industry.
Prior to joining Microland, he was Director, Middle East & Turkey geography for a leading Indian IT services provider. He is known for his passion and perseverance in bringing in hyper growth trajectory through innovation, local collaboration and building a strong team, as well as for his deep grasp of the market dynamics of the Middle East region.
Arindam is an Economics graduate and has a post graduate degree in management.
Sandeep is responsible for Microland’s business in the United Kingdom and Continental Europe. He has over 18 years of experience across a spectrum of management and leadership roles in the IT Services and strategic outsourcing industry.
Prior to re-joining Microland, he was the Operating Partner at a private equity firm. In his previous role with Microland, he was the Vice President for India and the Middle East. He started his career with Tata Consulting Engineers and subsequently spent over 11 years with a leading IT Services company where he spearheaded the infrastructure business in India and the Middle East.
Sandeep is a result oriented leader with a hands-on and collaborative leadership style. He is an Electrical Engineer from VJTI, Mumbai and a management graduate from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
