Microland decided to focus the majority of our CSR efforts on Bengaluru. It was a rational decision: we knew we’d have a high degree of control over our efforts. Emotionally, we are connected to Bengaluru as the community from which Microland sprang.

  • Creating a healthy, hygienic environment in schools
    CWF's association with Microland has been a fruitful journey. Microland has been a dynamic, flexible, trustworthy, and socially responsible organization. Through this partnership, CWF has been successful in providing hygiene and sanitation facilities in five of the schools undertaken by Microland. Thus improving the school environment, increasing children's regularity to school, their awareness of hygiene and sanitation and reducing illnesses due to water-borne infections. CWF looks forward to working with Microland to create a healthy and hygienic environment in government schools.

  • Always a willing, energetic anchor donor
    Microland gets the big picture and really cares about the city and the impact their work makes. Whenever we have taken on a new initiative in partnership with the government, whether it is revitalizing a school, revamping garbage transfer stations or rejuvenating the blighted areas beneath the Electronic City Expressway, Microland has always come forward as an anchor donor - helping get the job done, staying the course and most importantly, showing the way to other companies to follow suit. The employee volunteers are always energetic, enthusiastic and a pleasure to work with. What is noteworthy is the regularity with which volunteer teams seek projects, and the positivity with which they approach whatever task we throw at them.

  • Empowering the visually challenged to earn a living
    We would like to thank Microland for their support towards empowerment of the visually challenged through the IAB ThankU initiative. We are glad to share that Microland has supported the livelihood of visually challenged by providing stall opportunity during the months of April & May 2019 in all their locations at Bengaluru namely Ecospace, Bagmane Techpark, Cyberpark, Micropolis.

  • Enhancing employability of our specially-abled students
    Samarthanam is delighted by the support extended by Microland towards providing sanitary infrastructure to Government schools. We also applaud the commitment of Microlanders in skilling the students studying at the Livelihood Resource Center.
