Manja has over 25 years of cross-functional experience in leading global teams to design and execute right shoring of enterprise IT services through a Glocal approach, leveraging offshore locations such as India, Eastern Europe, Latin America and China. Manja’s expertise spans across strategy, technology innovation, service delivery, and quality. In his last 20 years at Microland, he has played a pivotal role in catalyzing the company's growth through a strong focus on delivering business value and creating positive customer experiences.
An MBA graduate from Georgia Institute of Technology, he holds a graduate degree in engineering from Bangalore University. He is also a member of the elite club of global professionals that helps candidates clear the ITIL Expert and ITIL Service Manager Exam. Some of his other notable accomplishments include DMAIC Master Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma, Business Continuity Expert, ISO 27000, BS 15000, and ISO 14000 certifications.
