Rajesh Kharidehal

As Chief Financial Officer, Rajesh is responsible for all of the company’s Finance functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance and investor relations. He is also responsible for Administration, Legal, Procurement and Risk & Compliance functions of the company. His career spans 25+ years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy.

Prior to joining Microland, Rajesh was the Chief Business Officer of Quess Corp Limited, a listed Business services company for 4 years. Prior to Quess, Rajesh was with Infosys as Vice President for 5 years where he led business finance & global subsidiaries. Rajesh also worked in IBM for 7 years prior to Infosys and has held multiple finance leadership roles including a stint at IBM’s headquarters in Armonk, US. Rajesh started his career with Deloitte Haskins and Sells as a consultant followed by a stint in GE Capital International Services in Finance & Accounts.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a certified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
